Masterpiece
This day is a blank canvas. I want God to paint His picture. I will gladly be His brush.
The Creator is ready to produce a thing of beauty today. It may be a “painting” that is light and bright with wonderful things — good news, long-awaited breakthroughs, encouragement, new hope, Holy Spirit insights, happy moments, and uplifting banter. It might be that today’s masterpiece is dark and ominous — bad news, broken lives, spiritual attacks, discouraging experiences, and overwhelming tasks. Most of the time, God’s product is a mix of these — more like holy chaos — with moments of happiness and life-giving encounters contrasting with pain, hardship, and difficult challenges.
Here’s the good news: God knows what He’s doing. I need to let HIM paint His picture. I only need to be the brush He uses, ready in the hand of the Master to do His bidding.
Whether I can see it or not, God’s work is ALWAYS a masterpiece. Today, I will trust Him.
